With the widespread use of Low-E glass, the traditional type of radiant tempering furnace can not meet the tempering of Low-E glass. For the characteristics of Low-E glass, the effect of strengthening convection heating when heating Low-E glass is passed. Forced convection heating to heat the glass surface, at the same time determine the reasonable flow velocity and direction of the airflow, optimize the convective heat transfer coefficient, thereby effectively improving the heating efficiency and ensuring product quality. The heating method of the glass in the tempering furnace is heating on the upper and lower sides. If only the upper part of the glass tempering furnace adopts convective heat transfer, although the problem of low radiance of the Low-E glass surface can be solved, the heat transfer rate of the upper surface of the glass is obviously accelerated. Relatively speaking, the heat transfer in the lower part is relatively slow, the heating is unbalanced on the upper and lower sides of the glass, the glass loading rate is low in actual production, and the spherical surface is prone to spherical curvature. In consideration of this factor, the actual production can also be in the lower part. A convection device has been added to enhance the heat transfer in the lower part. This allows the upper and lower surfaces of the glass to be heated simultaneously, so that the glass heating quality is more perfect and the production efficiency is higher.
