The all body of the washing machine is made of 304 stainless steel. The motor is independently driven and the interior is driven by an integral rubber roller. According to the thickness of the cleaning glass, the distance between the two rubber rollers is automatically adjusted using springs. The air knife is made of all-aluminum alloy. The wind is strong and durable. Durable, 3 sets of 6 high-quality brushes make glass cleaner and brighter. Types of glass that can be processed: white glass, single silver, double silver and triple silver low-e; the cleaning machine is equipped with an automatic backwash device.

The pneumatic suction cup of the machine stabilizes the flat glass, which can process the glass at right angles into: round edge, duckbill edge, etc., and can pneumatically lift the grinding head, and can be equipped with two grinding wheels for rough, fine grinding and polishing.

The machine is suitable for grinding and polishing inner & outor edge of shape glass.  By changing grinding wheel of different shape, flat edge with arris, pencil edge, bevel edge and OG edge can be processed.  The height of spindle can be adjusted easily.  The pneumatic cylinder makes it possible that round and simple shape glass can be processed automatically. This machine has another feature that the grinding spindle can rotate up to 90 degree at vertical plane.  It is especially convenient to process the peripheral edge of the bending glass such as washing basin.
